Chantall breaks every exercise down to clear, small, sequential steps that she demonstrates as she speaks. I place my tablet so that I can compare the positions in my own video inset image to Chantall’s impeccable form. It’s more helpful than a mirror! You get a great workout without ever leaving home. And if life interferes and you miss a class, you can always go to the website and work from that week's video tape at your convenience. Wonderful, and it’s fun!
